Your details, kept with care

Who looks after your details

La Gazza Sarta, [OWNER NAME], Toscana, Italy. P.IVA [NUMBER]. You can reach me at contact@lagazzasarta.com or on WhatsApp at +39 324 666 3414.

When you write to me

The contact form asks for your name, your e-mail address and a message. I use them only to answer you and, if we work together, to plan your project. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form is delivered to my inbox by Resend, Inc. (USA), which processes it on my behalf under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. I keep our correspondence for as long as we are in touch and delete it [RETENTION PERIOD] after our last contact, unless the law asks me to keep invoices and records for longer.

WhatsApp and Instagram

The WhatsApp and Instagram links open those services. What you send there is handled by WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under their own privacy policies. I use your messages only to answer you.

Visits to this website

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and keep them secure, Vercel briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers: I only see totals, such as how many people opened a page or tapped a WhatsApp button.

The fonts are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your details, to limit how I use them, to receive them in a portable format, or you can object to their use. Just write to contact@lagazzasarta.com.

If you think your details have not been handled properly, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
